Join the Flyin’ 3 Team
Veterinary Assistant/Technician
Cedar Vale
Veterinary Assistant/Technician – Cedar Vale, Kansas
Flyin’ 3 Veterinary Service is looking for a reliable, self-starting, and hardworking Veterinary Assistant/Technician to join our Cedar Vale team.
Our Cedar Vale clinic is the smallest of our three locations, but it stays busy with a strong focus on horses and cattle, along with dogs and cats. Because of our smaller clinic setting, this is an all-around position where everyone works together to keep the clinic running smoothly.
You will work closely with Dr. Preston Hickman, DVM, who has more than 30 years of veterinary experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with animals, likes variety in their day, and is interested in building a long-term career with a close-knit mixed-animal veterinary team.
No previous veterinary assistant or technician experience is required. We are willing to train the right person, but some previous experience working with animals is required.
The position is based at our Cedar Vale clinic, with a training period at our Eureka clinic. Occasional travel to our other Flyin’ 3 locations may also be required.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday. Report time is 7:30 AM. The clinic closes at 5:00 PM, with most days ending around 5:30 PM.
Pay is based on experience and qualifications. PTO is available after a 6-month waiting period.
